Satipaṭṭhāna Rethought

Satipaṭṭhāna is the Buddha's method of wisdom contemplation that gave rise to most of the Buddhist meditation techniques we recognize today. Satipaṭṭhāna Rethought is the product of a critical, cognitively realistic interpretation of this teaching, based strictly on a close reading of the early texts. It integrates Dharma study, experiential investigation, and meditative composure (samādhi/jhāna) to produce "knowledge and wisdom of things as they are."
